Directions to the Poughkeepsie Office: From the Mid-Hudson Bridge, take 44/55 until you see the sign for Vassar-this is Raymond Avenue.  Turn right onto Raymond Avenue.  Take the second left hand turn onto Lagrange.  The office is located at The Damselfly Center, which is 2 Lagrange Avenue.  There are several storefronts with different suite numbers.  The Damselfly Center is Suite H.  Look for the window with multi-colored drapes.  The office is handicapped accessible. Directions to the Office in Red Hook (Hudson Valley: From the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, take the Turn LEFT onto NY-9G/NY-199.  Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto NY-199/W MARKET ST.  Turn RIGHT onto US-9/S BROADWAY.  7472 South Broadway is almost immediately on your left, in Firehouse Plaza.  The office is called Reflexions and is located on the third floor.  There are no elevators, unfortunately.
